Abstract

ABSTRAK MUFLIHAH.2022: Pengaruh Terpaan Media Online Tentang Pemberitaan Pelecehan Seksual 12 Santriwati di Jawa Barat Terhadap Santri Putri Pondok Pesantren Al-Mahrusiyah 1 Lirboyo Kediri, Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam, Dakwah, IAIT Kediri, Dosen Pembimbing Dr. KH.REZA AHMAD ZAHID, Lc, M.A. Kata Kunci: Terpaan Media Online, Pelecehan Seksual Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kenyataan bagaimana terpaan media secera pasti dapat mempengaruhi pemikiran dan tindakan manusia. Salah satu pemberitaan yang banyak diberitaakan oleh media adalah kasus Pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan oleh salah seorang yang mengakui pimpinan pesantren kepada belasan santriwati. Prilaku memalukan ini dilakukannya sejak 2016 dan baru terungkap pada tahun 2021. Semakin gencarnya media memberitakan kasus ini menurut peneliti akan mempengaruhi terhadap sikap santri putri yang sedang mengenyam pendiddikan di Pesantren. Ada dua persoalan yang akan dikaji dalam skripsi ini, yaitu (1) Apakah ada pengaruh terpaan media online tentang pemberitaan pelecehan seksual 12 santriwati di Jawa Barat terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri? (2) Berapa besar secara kuantitatif terpaan media online tentang pemberitaan pelecehan seksual 12 santriwati di Jawa Barat terhadap sikap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri?. Untuk mengungkapkan persoalan tersebut secara menyeluruh dan mendalam, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuesioner terhadap seluruh Santri Putri Al-Mahrusiyah 1 Lirboyo Kediri, namun hanya dipilih responden yang sesuai denganan kriteria dari peneliti. Kemudian dilakukan peneltian melalui data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas, Uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji korelasi, uji hipotesis dan uji determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan (1) Tidak ada pengaruh terpaan media online tentang pemberitaan pelecehan seksual 12 santriwati di Jawa Barat terhadap sikap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri (2) Tingkat pengaruh sebesar 0,096 denganan menggunakan Uji Analisis produk momen (Rxy) dibuktikan denganan melihat nilai r hitung > r tabel = 0,096 < 0,174 yang berarti ho diterima dan ha ditolak. Adanya pengaruh atau tidak juga dapat dilihat pada tabel correlation product moment, dimana nilai signifikansi bernilai 0,369 yang berarti ho ditolak dan ha diterima. Karena hasil koefisiensi korelasi tersebut bersifat positif. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya maka peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana (uji t), dimana nilai t hitung < t tabel, 1,510 < 1,66 dan p value 0,369 > 0,005, maka h0 diterima dan ha ditolak, artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh terpaan media online tentang pemberitaan pelecehan seksual 12 santriwati di Jawa Barat terhadap sikap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri. xxii ABSTRACT MUFLIHAH.2022: The Effect of Online Media Exposure About Reporting on Sexual Harassment of 12 Santriwati in West Java Against Female Students of Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School 1 Lirboyo Kediri, Islamic Broadcasting Communication, Da'wah, IAIT Kediri, Advisor Dr. KH. REZA AHMAD ZAHID, Lc, M.A. Keywords: Online Media Exposure, Sexual Harassment This research is motivated by the fact how media exposure can definitely affect human thinking and actions. One of the reports that was widely reported by the media was the case of sexual harassment by one who acknowledged the leadership of the pesantren to dozens of female students. This shameful behavior has been carried out since 2016 and was only revealed in 2021. The more intensive media reports on this case, according to the researcher, will affect the attitude of female students who are currently studying at Islamic boarding schools. There are two issues that will be studied in this thesis, namely (1) Is there any influence of online media exposure about the news of sexual harassment of 12 female students in West Java on the students of the Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School Lirboyo Kediri? (2) How much quantitatively is the online media exposure to reports of sexual harassment of 12 female students in West Java towards the attitude of the students of the Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School Lirboyo Kediri?. To reveal the problem thoroughly and in depth, in this study a questionnaire method was used to all Santri Putri Al-Mahrusiyah 1 Lirboyo Kediri, but only respondents were selected according to the criteria of the researcher. Then conducted research through the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation test, hypothesis testing and determination test. From the results of this study, it was found that (1) There was an effect of online media exposure about reporting on sexual harassment of 12 female students in West Java on the attitude of the students of the Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School Lirboyo Kediri? (2) The level of influence is 0,096 by using the Moment Product Analysis Test (Rxy) as evidenced by looking at the value of rcount < rtable = 0,096 < 0,174, which means ho is rejected and ha is accepted. The existence of an influence or not can also be seen in the product moment correlation table, where the significance value is 0,369, which means that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. Because the results of the correlation coefficient are positive. To find out how big the effect is, the researcher uses a simple correlation test (t test), where the t count > t table, 1,510 < 1,66 and p value 0,369 > 0,005, then ho is rejected and ha is accepted, meaning that it can be concluded that there is an influence of online media exposure about reporting on the sexual harassment of 12 female students in West Java towards the attitude of the students of the Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School Lirboyo Kediri.
